When did the installation take place?
If the installation was notified to CORGI a duplicate copy will be available. We can supply you with a copy within 4 working days or email this to you straight away.

Between April 2005 – March 2009
The production of a duplicate certificate cost £35.00 + VAT (£42 total). This can be paid by credit card or cheque.

Before April 2005
This legislation was not in place so there is no legal requirement for a Gas Safety Notification Certificate

After April 2009
Please contact Gas Safe Register on 0800 408 5500 who will be able to advise you.

What other options are available to you?

Indemnity Insurance Policy
You can purchase a Legal Indemnity Policy for your property insuring against loss or damages directly attributable to a lack of evidence of Building Regulation approval. This can be obtained from your solicitor.

Contact Your Local Building Control
You can contact your local Building Control office and request a regulisation certificate or Building compliance certificate. There will be a charge of which they will advise you.
