We make it easier for homeowners to find a tradesperson they can trust
Finding the right tradesperson, who’s competent and Gas Safe registered, can be a real headache for homeowners. One of the ways in which we help homeowners is by helping them find reputable, CORGI-registered tradespeople through referrals and our Find an Installer service.
We’ve also developed our own Customer Care Charter that outlines the high standards people can expect when they appoint any of our approved members.

Our heritage as the previous GB gas scheme registrar has enabled us to operate from the centre of the heating industry and establish good relations with government, manufacturers, distributors, merchants and homeowners.

For instance, we launched our CORGI HomePlan for homeowners to provide expert assistance in central heating, breakdowns, scheduled servicing and general home emergencies – and we’re now rated 9.3 out of 10 by our customers on independent review site, Trustpilot. We also help tradespeople re-evaluate their business processes by being the business sponsor for the InstallerONSITE tour, which has a special focus on efficiency.
